Paris to Cap d’Agde Train and Rail

One of the key things to be aware of when booking train travel online between Paris and Cap dAgde is to realize that you must search on the SNCF and French rail sites for ‘Agde’ as the station and not Cap d’Agde.

The local station is in the center of the town and serves Agde but not the Cape directly.

From the train station, you can then catch a bus or taxi direct to the resort.

Take the TVG fast train to Montpellier (about 4 hours).

From Montpellier train station you take a local train that runs along the coast to Agde (about one and a quarter hours) Montpellier train station is a bit of a madhouse.

Get to your waiting number early as we have experienced serious overcrowding at the station to the point where couples get separated (or at least we did).

When you arrive at Agde, there are buses that will take you to the naturist quarter.

Either ask any driver which bus it is or consult the posted route maps (45 min ride).

The bus drops you off right at the gate where there is an office where you can purchase day admission or arrange a place to stay”.
